Why Choose Our Sash Windows

Every sash window we supply is bespoke, built in the UK, and designed with London homes in mind.

Whether you’re in a listed building or a terraced house in a conservation area, our team understands what’s required – architecturally and legally.

We don’t retrofit. We replace the entire window and frame to ensure strength, insulation, and proper operation. From cords-and-weights to spiral balance systems, every detail is considered. Heritage profiles, traditional horns, and slimline glazing come as standard.

All installations are carried out by experienced teams who specialise in working with period buildings. And with long guarantees on timber, glazing, paintwork, and hardware, your investment is protected for decades.

Explore Our Sash Window Types

Each of our sash window types is made to order and can be customised further with glazing, hardware, and finish options. Explore the full range below.

Crafted in the UK using durable, sustainably sourced Redwood or Red Grandis. Choose from spiral balance or cords-and-weights operation, with full frame replacement for long-term performance. Traditional mouldings, sash horns, and hardware options available.

Specifically developed for listed buildings and sensitive conservation areas. Available with 14mm slimline double glazing or 8mm vacuum units that exceed triple glazing for thermal and acoustic performance. Features include lambs tongue mouldings, run-through glazing bars, and custom horn profiles.

A low-maintenance, energy-efficient alternative to timber. Our Classic range features run-through horns and welded joints, designed to blend into traditional or modern settings. All models are reinforced, double-glazed and available in a range of foils and finishes.

Designed to replicate the look and feel of original timber sash windows. Includes mechanical joints, run-through horns, and deep midrails for an authentic appearance. A strong choice for older properties not governed by conservation restrictions.

Built for conservation areas and heritage-led refurbishments. This range features slim 35mm midrails, chalk-matt woodgrain foils, mechanical joints, and authentic detailing throughout. Finished with optional sash horns and traditional mouldings.

Built Around Your Home

Our team has years of experience working in and around London, and can assist with applications for listed buildings and properties in conservation areas.

Every window is made to order, allowing us to match original features like sash horns, mouldings, and glazing bars precisely. Whether you live in a Georgian terrace in Islington, a Victorian villa in Richmond, or an Edwardian semi-detached in Wimbledon, we’ll make sure the new windows feel like they’ve always belonged.

Materials, Finishes, and Glazing Options

We offer a choice of sustainably sourced timbers: European Redwood for stability, or Red Grandis for a finer grain and premium finish. All timber windows can be finished in any RAL colour, with a full range of stains and dual paint options available.

Glazing can be tailored to suit your needs – choose from slimline, vacuum, acoustic, or triple glazing, depending on the property and performance required. For added detail, a wide selection of traditional and contemporary ironmongery is available in multiple finishes.
