This beautifully presented semi-detached terrace house is ideally positioned in the heart of Cobham Village, just a few hundred yards away from the high street with its fair share of thriving cafés, restaurants and shops. The magnificent 18^th century Painshill gardens is also within a short walking distance.

The homeowners wanted to completely modernize the property starting with the aluminium casement windows. The windows and doors were around 35 years old and had lost all functionality and energy efficiency.

One of the main priorities for the couple was to create a sustainable, energy efficient home along with a complete transformation.

Our PVCu Traditional sash windows were chosen for the front elevation to create this new look. They totally reconfigured the layout at the rear of the property, replacing the two casement windows in the kitchen with new French doors which were chosen from the same collection.
