Timber Casement Windows House

Our bespoke timber casements are designed to closely replicate single glazed windows, whilst incorporating all the modern benefits of double glazing. We focus a lot of our attention on the look and detail of our windows to ensure we can best match what is existing. Both lipped and flush fit casements can be supplied with either top or side openings.

The security of casement windows has been vastly improved over the years by installing internal multi point locking mechanisms and shoot bolts. All our windows are internally glazed.

We can imitate a variety of windows including replacement bays, incorporation of intricate detailing and replication of stained glass.

Timber Lipped Casement

Often referred to as ‘storm-proof,’ is manufactured with the opening sash proud of the frame to give excellent gasket compression and the best weather rating available. We offer this style of window in both our traditional and contemporary profile.

The Lipped Casement is a modern style window with traditional aesthetics suitable for high-end new builds and properties requiring extra protection from the weather.

Windows feature traditional ovolo moulding and bars, fixed sash for non-opening lights, casement stays, night vents and easy cleaning friction hinges as a standard.

Timber Flush Fit Casement

Typically found on period properties, openers sit within the window frame ensuring slimmer and equal site lines.

Flush Casement windows feature variations on bar thicknesses and dummy butt hinges to enhance the windows traditional character whilst using the most modern technology and high performance criteria in its design.
The Traditional Flush Casement window is particularly suited to period properties such as listed buildings, farm houses and barn conversions, especially those governed by conservation requirements. Also available in single glazed 4mm glass or slim line 14mm glass.
