uPVC Installations
Sash Windows London uPVC profile is manufactured to the highest standards and are capable of withstanding cold weather and UV light resistant to maintain colour and appearance and prevent the uPVC profile from degrading, bending or warping over the years.
Designed to provide strength, superior thermal properties and excellent weathering performance they will retain their pristine appearance year after year with minimum of maintenance. Suitable for commercial or domestic buildings, in both replacement and new build markets.
Structural strength is enhanced through the use of steel through the internal chambers of the profile and to further increase stability and strength all fixings and hardware are secured to the reinforcement.
Woodgrain effects allow you to achieve the appearance of traditional box sash woodern windows but with all the modern benefits of PVC low maintenence, durable and long lasting finish, more safe and secure, energy saving using Pilkington K thermal efficient glass.
In addition to our standard white or cream base we offer gorgeous woodgrain finishes include Light Oak, Rosewood and White woodgrain. You can also choose to have standard white on the interior and any woodgrain to the exterior, creating a light modern feel on the inside with a traditional look to the exterior.
Timber Installations
Sash Windows London supply and fit a range of high performance ‘A-Series’ Timber sash windows.
Our high performance Sash windows are available as side hung or top hung with the option of glazing bars to create classic designs. Hung on reflex hinges, externally beaded and has a decorative internal mould on both sash and frame to lend it a more attractive appearance.

Glazing
A fully drained and vented glazing system is used for improved performance and insulation and timber beads are fitted all round to simulate a traditional putty line. Black or white glazing tapes are available to suit the particular window finish.
Ironmongery
Brass wheel pulleys with mirror finish polished brass face plates are fitted as standard. Ball bearing pulleys with mirror finished polished brass faceplates, for a smoother vertically sliding action are fitted as standard.
As standard, one brass non-locking fitch fastener is fitted to the meeting rails and two brass hook lifts to the lower sash rail. On request, most other recognised fittings can be provided.
Extra security devices can be fitted if required.
